A product if faulty can be returned within 10 working days (2 weeks) upon receipt in its original condition (all labels and tags intact) at your cost.
Upon receipt, your product will be replaced or money refunded within 5 working days (1 week) if all conditions of the return are met.
We are however sorry we cannot accept return of used, customized and personalized products.
We don’t accept liability for any consequential or incidental damages or for any indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or related to the purchase caused by courier services during shipment.
